I just brought my motorokr E6 yesterday and i am facing some problems wth the real player, its vey sloggish when i browse through the files, could some please let me know what to do please !!!!!

just delete all .drm files from memory card and refresh ur playlist..

how do i check on which firmware i am using and how to update the same please advice....

Where are you from, if its an Indian E6, in the memory card theres a ROKR music folder, delete it, refresh the Realplayer music list, that should solve your problem.
