Help: Phone memory full error :-((

Hi

This is my first post to this forum ..its a nice forum
I am facing a problem . I installed Zmplayer in E6..only a screen comes ...then it is freezed.i dloaded again the recent version and tried to install .....it says "phone memory full" I deleted all java games and I have 1 GB card ..still the problem is coming

How to uninstall the present Zmplayer and resolve the problem ..

"phone memory full" error is not related to the contents on SD card.

1. check memory status from menu->options(left bottom)->memory status.
2. then check memory for file manager. I think you have images/videos stored in phone
3. then make sure the default save directory for images(camera) and video is on memory card, and not phone..

It is showing 79 % memory used 9212 KB out of 11564 KB. File manager is showing 4686 KB ...Videos and pics are stored in SDcard ..by default..

any other clue ?

Thats what...

You are having more than 4MB in your phone memory(in file manager). delete/cut+paste that content to SD card.

check in file manager->MyImages(camera pics) ,MyAudio(sound recordings) and MyVideo(video recordings)...

If you have some files, transfer those to memory card..

thanks mate...very much ..the pics when i bought the phone were in phone memory...zmplayer is saying package invalid now..anyways thanks again

please make sure that you zmplayer not installed in your phone memory,
if it is, uinstall it and install in your memory card as a location,
you can increase your swap space, by downloading swap space increase tools ,
