    Default HELP: Slow recent calls

Anyway to speedup the screen to display recent calls(Missed, answered, dialed). I know I can clear the list but I mainly use that instead of the phone book. When I open it, it is blank for a second maybe 2 and then it shows up. I also have a 32mb swap enabled thinking that may help but no luck.

Yep, thats a problem with the phone. I've noticed it slows down when the recent call list tops up at 50

It happens quite often to me too.. But it happens every time the screen goes on standby (dark/off) and next time screen resumes and I try clicking on answered calls, it takes 2-3 seconds to 'fire up' ! This is one of the weak points of this phone !!!

issue confirmed... yes this happens with me too.. as the number of records keep increasing.. it would slow down even further.. and swap file doesn't help either..

The problem appears when the number is already in phonebook. Looks like it accessing phonebook to get the name of the number.
