HELP: Phone memory is full ????

i download the i phone theme still it is oak. But after i want to remove the them ,i click Master Reset r Master Clear .then the problems is start and my phone is hanged .i restart my phone ,after that it become so slow. SO Please any one tell me what is the problem. when i am download r formatting my SD Card r click the Master Reset r Master Clear .the memory status is increasing 4kb more and more .and when every i am downloading anything on SD Card the memory status is increasing 4kb. PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO STOP THAT ONE.

now it is getting this message saying that my phone memory is full, and i dont know what to do, so does anyone here can help me to make some space for my phone???
