HELP: Phone reboots continously

Hi,

Did a master reset, now the phone keeps rebooting. any suggestions?

ok this is what i did. i enabled edge again using Alphas script. it stopped rebooting but thing is i lost no info.
I still had all my contacts, messages, etc. What happened? Why did my phone not reset to the factory settings?

take it to motorola service center if it's under warraty.. if not flash it with a new firmware( see it in sticky sction)

a master reset just goes back to factory settings...its a master clear that erases all user data on the phone memory...so no need to flash

Master Clear is what deletes all your data. Master rest changes ringtones back to the oringial one, themes back to original etc..

how do i clear all the apps that i have installed? Master clear did not clear it.
