Q: Touch screen digitizer?

my screen got scratched by my keys, so i looked around on ebay and found a touch screen digitizer for my E6. i was just wondering if i could buy this to replace the scratched screen or if i need a whole new lcd screen plus the digitizer? also, if anyone knows how to install them, plmk, thanks -Reece

Installing the digitizer is a pain in the a*** the Service center themselves leave the digitizer alone and replace the full front panel if anything goes wrong with the touch screen. Its up to you if you want to take the risk mate.

hey I have a small scratch on my screen , all I did was put a screen protector on it and you cant see the scratch anymore , worth the try imo . also remeber its not the lcd that is actualy scratch its the 'housing panel on top of it so dont try to remove the lcd ...
