Maybe something has happened to the card registry file..
If you install a new application, does it show up?

Help! Programs installed on Memory Card not shown in Menu
Hi,
I have 0.8p generic firmware with quadband, edge script enabled.
All the programs installed on my card are no longer shown in the application menu. But I can access the music files, they play fine in real player. Also the camera saves files in memory card. But all the applications like opera mini, games have vanished from the menu. they are still present in the memory card
