Try the app Blacklist... Search and ye shall find the answers. It does just that!

This is a great and highly configurable app. I've successfully installed on my E6 (Ahman .08 f/w) no probs. To get the English version is very simple. Just delete the 'chinese' file (has something like ***cn.cfg) in the installation folder (under system/downloads/QTDownloads/MCleaner folder) and restart the phone!
