i just got the e6 and its really nice but i can't seem to get service off my sim card does anybody know what i am doing wrong

Is the phone unlocked?

You could make sure to put sim card in and then turn it on and off a couple of times and see if that works...

yes the phone is unlocked and i have tired many times taking it out and turning it off but i dont kno does it make a difference if im with at&t or whatever? but thank you

I would test another sim card out to make sure that your phone is not defective. If we find out that it is then return your phone for an exchange from the seller.

did u try testing that sim card on another phone?

1. the sim card is not active
2. the sim card reader on the phone doesn't work.
3. return it & get another E6


4. LAST SOLUTION! DO IT AT UR OWN RISK!!!!! that is to flash your phone.
