Default Way to see running programs on E6?

Hello, it seems that sometimes I'll be using a program on the E6 and then will somehow take a call or send a text and that program, like the web browser or something else will hide in the background. Sometimes I'll be running programs with out even knowing it. Is there a way to see exactly what programs are running at the current time on my e6?

Occasionally, if I'm doing a lot of things the phone will ask (well, actually demand) that i close a program and will pop up a list of whats running.
Other times, it has asked me to close something because system resources were at 93%, and there was nothing running!!! Has anyone else had that problem, where the e6 asks you to close a program and there's nothing to close? WTF is up with that. I basically just had to reboot the darn thing.

Also, I got Ahman's hybrid running and the screen3 prog takes up a bit of my screen real estate. I'm on Cingular/new ATT wireless. Is there any was to enable Screen3? Searching the posts, it seems that this is something everyone's still working on. Has anyone had any luck adding channels on ATT/Cingular? I get a message like, "this service is not offered by your provider." I thought that Cingular was the first to roll out Screen3 about two years ago.

If there's no way to get Screen3 to work, can I just turn the damn thing off so it's not taking up blank space? Thanks to all of the amazing people on this site. You guys rule.

Task Manager = Home > Bottom Left Menu

    Screen3 disable = Home > Extra > Setup > Home Screen Setup
Testing times with the E8 now//

    thanks that's great info, rokit.

Does anyone have any info on screen3 for cingular?

It's so funny, I just went by the local cingular store and all the employees were like, HUH? when i mentioned screen3 to them. One said that some of the phones they used to sell had something called, like newsticker or something ticker. They haven't supported that particular service in a while. They all kind of freaked when they saw my phone though; had never seen anything like it. Maybe there's a different but similar app someone's developed for the e6?

Also, has anyone else had memory problems where no programs are running and youre using about 90+% system resources? That is strange and troubling if anyone can give guidance on that.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.

    run EKonsole
    then, while in EKonsole,
    type "top" then return.
top and psax can be used if you are in telnet, but you cannot run psax from EKonsole, for some reason.
