Factory supported formats

I am converting some video clips to be viewed on my phone. So, besides .3gp, what other video/music formats are supported by the "factory" E6? (no special players downloaded).

You should give Zmplayer a try. Much better then Real player. We are able to achieve much better video quality using it.

I am actually waiting for a newer release where the call doesn't interrupt the zmplayer while in use. I don'tthinkthat is out yet, correct?
