Where can I download MKPG installer and Linloader?

I'm having Motorola Rokr E6
I'm having trouble of finding MKPG installer and Linloader. I'm using firmware .02P
Should I change my firmware? Or .02P is good enough? I found people use .08P more.

the firmware u use is totally based on ur preference..thanks to may efforts put on this site, there are many firmware with their benefits/drawbacks mentioned...also most of the applications missing on on firmware are pretty much available in the forum so its no biggie if ur firmware is missing an application or two

so its upto u whether u wanna flash to another one or stay with the same

It has only Lin file, while my cell cant read Lin file. That's why I need Linloader, and I cant even find Linloader which has .jar file to be able to install.
>_< Do you have any Linloader for Rokr E6, because I try to find it I only found it for other version.
