Problem using GIF file as a wallpaper

well, I have this cute GIF motion pic with cowlick. Now, when I set it as the wallpaper, cow lick becomes stops working I know there was the same problem with nokia phones before, but it was fixed.
How can I make mine work like it is supposed to?

anyways, i wonder whats goin on with the xgif application that was supposed to be worked on...

right, nokia didn't support it either until they wrote a fix...
Is this xgif app suppose to help with the animation?

it works on the 680i...tried to make it work on the e6 w/o success

Well Bond Girl there was a request already posted i gues we are waiting for him to write the same xgif app to work for E6/A1200 so we are still waiting .....

Yeah ... i have been waiting for this for like years ... i was using Razr V3i even that did not had the animated wallpaper option .......... but i have my fingers crossed for this one to work .......
