R533_G_11.12.08P vibrate mode doesn't work

i'm using R533_G_11.12.08P f/w but noticed that when the vibrate profile is selected, the ringer is on, and the volume is about midway and you can't adjust it.

Everything is turned off except for event/task alert, that's set to vibrate.

anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix for this?

I notice this too but no one seems to have any solution or care about it... I've post this before and it had gone unanswered as well...
