Well, SDHC is not supported by the f/w so it definitely wont work.
I notice a lot of local store in my area only sell 4 GB SDHC. Has anyone tested out the SDHC?
I notice that on ebay, there are seller that sells 4 GB SD card, but it doesn't say SDHC, I wonder if that works?
Should I get myself a 2 GB or be greedy and go for the 4 GB (SDHC or non-SDHC?)
Well, SDHC is not supported by the f/w so it definitely wont work.
has anyone used the 4 GB non-SDHC?
There have been a couple of people on here that have done it, just do a forum search.
it works but the memory card cannot be accessed through the computer. the phone is ok with it
hey just got an idea, what if we use microSDHC cards with a normal sd rizer card? would that work? I know they're not any micro SDHC card out yet but Sandisk has promised up to 8gb ones comin "soon"

sounds like a good idea, but i doubt that will work.
I read something about the normal SD card being FAT & the SDHC is Fat32
anyway, I went on ebay & purchased a 4 GB SD card for $29, hopefully it'll work.
ok... my phone can only read my card as 2 GB FAT format.
What about you guys? does it read 4 GB or 2 GB?
Also, a lot of my music files get corrupted after I plug it into the phone.
I heard there is a problem with 4Gb nonSDHC cards - they do not visible with mass storage mode. I wonder what if I create 2 partitions of 2Gb each and mount the second one to the subdir of the first. Will it work? Can somebody test it?
that is very smart indeed ///Originally Posted by lavelas
to this day iI heard the 'pink' A-datea card were the only one workin , but not everryone has them workin perfectly , some have problem reading in mass storage mode , and others cant format the card with there phone , I think th eeasiest way is to have a usb flash drive and never use your phone in mass storage mode wit these cards , I was hoping for an updated but it seems we will have to wait for the source code and hope SDHC support will work for our card .
