Folder lock software?

I am looking for a software that can lock individual folders on the memory card with a password..

We'll the nearest to what you're looking for is the HideFolder app I created a while ago which is suitable if you want to hide files on the phone. WE cannot lock a folder as such, there something else I can do in the folder app that might make it a little less accessable, first I compress the file, rename the file to a different format, so it is unopenable for the casual person going through your files, its is'nt "proper" protection but its all I can think off at the moment, or maybe we can use chmod to change permissions, but I think that only limits write permissions and not the read ones. WIll keep working on it and see where we end up.

try google it and ye will find hidefolder.pkg..apps that hidden yer personal folder..try that..work for 1200/e6

this is akshat. i have just brought a new e6 and want to lock the folder. but not getting any application for sucha system . i had tried hide folder .pkg but it says password rejected . so i am not being able to allocate .

plz give me a link to an application or the process of running hide folder.pkg

Here is a solution for all of you . I downloaded it earlier and it works . You can hide your personal files in a folder which will be hidden . First you extract the Tools.rar file and copy the Tools folder to the root of your memory card. You can see a HF.lin file and .MyFile folder in the Tools Folder then you execute the HF.lin file by using lin loader or smart asst then the .MyFile folder hides . To retrieve the Folder you just create a new folder in the name of " per " without apostrophy and then again execute the HF.lin file then the .MyFile folder again appears . you can place your personal files inside the .MyFolder.
