Converting to MPEG 3GPP ?

whats the best way to approach bringing ure video files into the E6 to play on the phones Real Player? And if i use a converter what would be the output settings?

im using winavi ipod/psp converter 3.1
n i dont think i have changed any of the settings. i use the gpp format
