"Media Parameter Exceeds Allowed Limit" WTF!?...Ho

well i converted a video to 3GPP format and its exactly 6.8MB big and when i go to play it in real player on my phone i get this: "Media Parameter Exceeds Allowed Limit" what exactly does this mean and how do i fix the video or the phone.....cause when i got to (in real player) menu>screen mode>full screen I can see the very begining of the movie paused so i know it can display the video!
