No send option in my messages.

When ever I go to messages and click on compose I am not getting send option ( its in gray color) after composing also its not changing so plz tell me how to solve this problem.

ya after selecting the sender also its not changing. and
what is master reset? will it work if master reset the phone.

You might need to setup SMS options. Hit the menu button to the left in the messaging app and select Service Setup -> Short Messages. See if all the fields are filled in.

Master Reset resets all the phone options to factory settings. You'll lose all customization you've done. Master clear resets the memory as well - you'll lose all phonebook, SMS and such info
