Phone Continuously Reboots itself

How do I fix it? It just turns on waits for the carrier to pop up (Cingular) and then it runs off to the Moto Screen and does it all over again

I think it does it when I lock the phone but it still does it when I unlock it. Is there a bug update or something?

take the battery out for awhile and see if that solves it. if not you might need to flash it
