Default SD Cards 2,4, or 8 GB

hey guys, i finally ordered my E6 so its on the way, now i just gotta figure out how much memory i should buy. i know 2 GB will work, but im wondering which 4GB cards work and also if any progress was made on getting the 8GB to work. if anyone has any info on that or on which cards are good, with links, that would be appreciated. thanks

I have a top ram 4gb which works well for me. I don't believe progress has been made yet on SDHC support (8-32gb) because the actual source code has not been released yet

I just bought myself a Transcend 4G SD card(non-SDHC). I will be receiving my E6 today or tomorrow, hopefully today ^^;. & Hopefully it will work(Cuz this one is NON REFUNDABLE ;. I bought a 4G SDHC one accidently last night,so i returned it. I did try to use it on my Wii ,but couldn't read. So i doubt that the E6 would either. So i'll post up some results once i get the phone.... i'm so excited ^^ hehehe

PS. Also i checked up on Transcent website, it didn't have this card in they're product listing. Weird.. but here's the model # if ur interested.

I've read that there are some limitations to 4 GB cards, but they do work

Just got my E6 and the 4G card works. Just im having hard time sending files to the card itself thru multi card reader adapter, and it won't work properly, as in the transfer fails giving me (path is too long) but im able to transfer mp3's to it using my PS3, weird... anyone know of a program i can send succcesfully to SD card, as my PS3 works, there must be a way.

I dont think there's a way around it yet, possibly future releases will fix that

I'm very happy you got your phone mate!
