How to change shortcut 1 & 2

easiest way...is to download & install mystuff.pkg (requires MPKG).

then browse to :
ezx_user/download/appwrite/setup/ezx_idle.cfg

(long) press stylus upon ezx_idle.cfg; then select open with; select "notes"

now the .cfg file will open. scroll down to the bottom of doc and locate:

"shortcut_1_freeze = 1"
now change 1 to 0 [ex. "shortcut_1_freeze = 0"]

similarly locate:

"shortcut_2_freeze = 1"
and change to "shortcut_2_freeze = 0"

Save & enjoy!!

Now u can change all shortcut icons .....................

** if anybody is having difficulty removing 'mystuff' then pls refer to
sticky's guide "how to cleanly uninstall mpkg files"

my firmware came iwth 1&2 changeable. if i could dump my firmware i would share it. but i cant. by the way its the bottom ones u guys are talking about right

Well TWO problems here

1 - We cannot REMOVE your "mystuff" installed pkg

and

2 - You only tell us how to "unfreeze" the icon but you provide no information at all about how to actually change it to something else - such as the shortcut name or icon name - so changing the freeze variable to 0 really doesn't do much that I can see

The Mod described in this topic is simple AND correct. By unfreezing the shortcut, it makes it able to be changed in Setup>Home Screen Setup. No other mod is necessary!

by using my stuff!!!!!!!!

Thats why I have eKonsole installed, direct edit to the file and change it in Setup>Home Screen Setup
