    Default flashing from linux

    Hi All!

    Is there any way to flash my e6 under linux ? Google shows me tons of HOWTOs "how to do it under windows" but nothing about linux. It would be great to see such possibility

    The OpenEZX guys are doing a flasher for Linux.

    You can use ezxflash.
    It was never tested on E6, but should work. (it works on mine a780)

    http://svn.openezx.org/trunk/src/host/ezxflash/

    It will also be possible to flash your phone using the standard linux MTD subsystem as soon OpenEZX include a little more support for E6. (in fact, it is possible right NOW, by using a mtd-ram rootfs).
