Help charging my e6

yesterday in back to home from the work my battery indicator sayed 5% i decided charger my phone and go to sleep. but i surprise when i see he never initialized the charge with my wall chargerm then i connect to the computer and the phone says charging, i think my charger is bad, but i try with two more charges and nothing happen, but the most rare is when i connect the phone with the wall charge he say me " usb mode" but never charge and when i disconnect the phone from the charger he still in usb, i cant use options like setup etc, because he still in usb mode, i dont have anything connect to the phone, then i need turn oof and on my phone for charger it just with the usb cable conect to my pc, but its no working for me just charge with the usb cable, i try that to correct the problem but he still with the same problem

1 master reset.
2 master clear.
3. new firmware.

i dont know what more i can do, i buy my phone in amazon.com because i live in Venezuela. here that phone no use warranty.

what i can to do??

Looks like it's a problem with the charging port on your phone.. I think I've read one or two more cases like this on this forum..
You need to get that port component replaced at a repair shop..

i hope you are wrong. because in my country Venezuela no body fix thats phones.

maybe i need to clean the port?

I'd say your best shot would be to take it to an electronics service center and ask them to do it for you..

BTW, the phone's supposed to have international warranty right? See if you can send the phone to someplace where they do service it, and get it fixed......?
