Well the answer is slightly complicated, first we must know if you have startup script enabled. To do this, in samba go to: /etc/rc.d/rc2.d/ and open S80**** (the file that starts w/ S80) in wordpad. NOTE: it may not be in the rc2.d folder, it may be rc3.d and so on. Scroll until you see if there is startup1.txt or startup.txt mentioned. If so, note which directory it is in. Now in samba, go to that directory (usually /mmc/mmca1/) and start a new text file. I recommend using Ultra Edit for this. make it somewhat similar to this:
#!/bin/bash
# Startup Script
start-stop-daemon --start --exec sbin/swapon /mmc/mmca1/Swap/swap.bin
be sure to save it as a unix type text file (of course .txt).
That should work, as long as you have startup script command in the run level folder.
