How to Download latest FIRMWARE for ROKR E6????

Can som1 pls giv me the link to download latest Firmware for "ROKR E6"???????
I want to flash my device...as internet speed is very slow in my device.
I also want to know how to back up msgs from inbox...and also how to restore them back after flashing..????

First check your firmware version Go to dial pad and type "WWW008W"
and note down AP and BP version and other information printed
To backup you can try this

you need RSD Lite and Motorola USB Drivers to flash your phone on windows

well there is no latest firmware for Motorola E6 as Motorola is not interested in supplying Firmware updates for older phones specially EZX family
but you can download any monsterpack you want to use on your phone
go to http://www.motorolafans.com/forums/e6-firmware/
and check firmwares download whichever you like and flash
