E-6 restart problem not solve

Remove battery
remove sim card
remove SD card
plugin charger in phone without inserting the battery (check if phone restarts or not)
plugin the battery
switch phone to flash mode (camera+power key)
start RSD lite connect the phone and flash it.
let the phone reboot
check whether phone starts without restarting
then insert the sim card and start the phone

after you get phone running then insert the SD card

have you tried to start your phone without simcard and SD card if not then try again.

and what happens when you plugin the charger in the phone without battery does the phone restarts then also ?

Yeh may be but before suggesting to go to service centre or repair shops I want to confirm that he is facing Hardware problem not any FW problem thats why I am asking him about those

check ur phone without sim and mmc if ur phone work perfect then prob in sim or mmc
