help pls. my rokre6 doesn't see the memory card

my rokre6 doesn't see the memory card, can updating the firmware fix this problem?

Try Restat the phone 2 or 3 times...
Or Once Reset the phone..
I m also facing this problem in 2 gb..

its problem in the way u insert do these steps
1 clean the mmc
2 plug it correctly
3 wait 4 msg to sho
Memory card inserted
no need to change f/w!!!!!

THEN PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET IT FLASHED WITH GENRIC F/W FIRST
