hey kundan, i have a problem.........i'm unable to install .pkg files with ur firmware.......but i'm able to install .mpkg apps.......is there any soln ??

well there may be some problem with the .pkg files you are trying to install

and master clear and master reset are disabled when your antenna is off switch on the antenna then try

Hey kundan, thnx 4 ur reply. Now m clear n reset r working(tested it with a sim )....but i'm unable to install moto secure bcuz I dont have any free sim with me ....I get the same error....???

you mean that after inserting the SIM both options are working
and when you are trying to install MotoSecure app then you are getting error

you should not get error while installation but when you will master reset or master clear your phone it will give a TAPI error thats common as it not launched via direct system so you can ignore that

After inserting SIM both options (m-clear & m-reset) are working.........i used one sim just to test whether m-clear & m-reset are working and i cannot use the SIM permanently......so i thought of installing MotoSecure to do m-reset and m-clear without SIM.......but i get an error when i try to install MotoSecure.pkg...........i had no problem when i did master-clear or master reset after inserting SIM (although i haven't tried m-clear or reset using MotoSecure till now as i'm unable to install, so not be confused with it)............

Since this is a peculiar problem only for me, i'll try to copy SmartAssistant from the firmware which i was using b4 (which installed .pkg without error) and paste it in CG34\preloadapp and modify SysRegistry of my own and reply you !!
