Hey kundan, i flashed my e6 by ur firmware ... its amazing !!!
Bt i need some help:
1)I cannot change startup & shutdown images(eventhough i placed on.gif,off.gif in autorun->startup folder)
2)I would like to change touch sound, cn u tel me hw ?(and provide me some touch sounds)
3)Having probling in enabling swap.

Plz help me ...

1] Check whether you have done exactly stated in the description

off.gif in /mmc/mmca1/autorun/animation/ is the shutdown animation.
on.gif in /mmc/mmca1/autorun/animation/ is the startup animation.

2] to change touchscreen sound you will have to mount a new touch screen sound over the one that is set in settings using below commands

mount --bind /usr/SYSqtapp/setup/soundfile/Touch_Scr_Click.wav /path/to/touchsound.wav
or/and
mount --bind /usr/SYSqtapp/setup/soundfile/Touch_Scr_Tone /path/to/touchsound.wav

3] check whether you can use swap if not
then execute this command
busybox mkswap /mmc/mmca1/.system/swapfile

while executing busybox mkswap /mmc/mmca1/.system/swapfile, i'm getting error 'applet not found'.

In Task Manager->Memory Status -> User database only 3 % is used (even after backuping sms, contacts, calender & tasks). why is it so ? Is there any problem ?
But before i flashed it was 70 % used ...

I encounter slow internet connection. if i flash with speed12mbps.sbf then wil i get gud speed ?

strange as busybox is compiled with mkswap support so it should work
try checking the command once again

or execute mkswap and reply what was the response
I don't know about the database problem but if you are not facing any problem with message and contacts then its ok

well slow internet connection could be the problem with your network as there is no need to flash with speed12mbps.sbf as the firmware supports 12mbps port speed connection by default

Hey Kundan, i flashed your firmware yesterday....it was very good but has few problems for me.

1. Master Reset and Master Clear are disabled.



2.So i tried to install [APP]MotoSecure which is .pkg file. I couldn't install it. Later found that i was not able to install any .pkg file. When i try to install i get this error: (but i'm able to install .mpkg files)


Do you have any solution ??
