yes if you will flash with modded firmware then definately you will loose the warranty
but if you want the warranty again flash again with generic firmware

Hi Guys my brother just got ROKR E6 He is interested to flash his E6 If i flash with modded firmware will i lose warranty or not ok if loss warranty is there anyway to get warranty?please help me guys!

A News My Brother installed some pkg applications after that he tried to update his phone With Motorola Software Update it showed your phone is out of warranty is there any chance to get warranty back please suggest me please
