For Changing The Text Color => You Have To Edit Theme Color Palette Table In .pskn File

[THEME_COLOR_PALETTE_TABLE]
ThemeBackground = 255 255 255
ThemeBase = 255 255 255

ThemeForeground = 0 0 0
ThemeText = 0 0 0 = > Check This Value '0 0 0' Means Black You Can Change This Color Using Color Codes...I Attached The Color Code Table For You.
If You Want To Change The Text Color From Black To White Then Change The Code From 0 0 0 To 255 255 255.

ThemeHighlight = 186 200 248
