It does not contain instruction , rather the program is self explanatory.
Horti,
I bricked a phone under warranty before, and took it to the motorola service center. The girl looked it and said "red screen" (which it is after you brick it), and gave me a new one. I don't remember if it was the same day or a few days later, but they were cool about it.
This was in Beijing, I don't know about where you are. I certainly didn't tell them I flashed it.
I subsequently had another phone fail during flashing, and I just retried it a couple times using rsd and it flashed properly. Phones don't actually have to be in bootloader mode or whatever to flash them. Make sure you use the newest version of rsd though, my most recent flash was using rsd 4.5.3.
Oh, and your phone doesn't charge when it has no operating system on it, so if it's no longer turning on I'm sure your battery is dead. Get a charger and charge up before you try flashing.
Motomaster, does your link include instructions? (I'll be able to answer my own question in a few minutes)
It does not contain instruction , rather the program is self explanatory.
