I don't think there is a new firmware available rather Motorola have now provided a means to update your firmware.
We have been doing this already .It is for those who don't know about flashing the E6.

No one will provide official tools and specially not from their own Manufacturers!!!

Ever heard Motorola providing RSDlite on its Website!!!

This is a guaranteed a F/W update... as i was tracking this page for months, and suddenly in this month i noticed ROKR E6 in the list... I am damn sure about it!...

But i am also thinking that they might be providing 22P as their latest F/W for E6...

    You don't get my point.
It is a software that independently updates the firmware. You can not manipulate it like RSD lite to install ''monster packs''.It just patches with a particular official stock f/w.
My Sony ericsson k850i also has the same method.I may be wrong.

THANKS buddy... in the starting when i was unknown to flashing tricks... i sent many complains regarding the features and always suggest them to improve in their next update! Thats why im that much EAGER!

But, i think it needs a E6 which is in WARRANT and is using an official F/W

Coz without it they won't let you install the update. I even tried on mine, but mine is outta warranty and i don't wanna take pains flashing 2 a generic F/W and then end up loosing coz of outta WARRANTY piece!
