very sorry guys actually i am very busy these days....
yes you are correct whenever you restart or refresh your phone it will not load browser, contact and message
this thing was done purposely...
it is not a problem...i done this for memory consumption problem..(i.e when u open any app. then while closing them the memory will be not reduced at all so i done this)
when u restart the phone u can see ur task manager...it will be around only 44%..then try to open and close any app. and see the result now there is no memory consumption problem.
it means when u start the phone the msg , contact and browser is closed...so u have to open it manually just for one time.

But nik, u trying to make it correct or will be? or will u create a new firmware now? i dont like to refresh my sms & contacts manually every time. Sometimes if i forget to do, i dont recieve any sms until i refresh it. So its kinda problem for me. U working on it? should i wait or flash to any other firmware?

flash in mbm mode with rsd 3.6....

MBM mode is the same tht we press camera and red key together when phone is off rite?? and i didnt find the link for rsd lite 3.6 can u provide me with tht.Thanx a lot for help

yes you are right about mbm mode , and for rsd lite pls use search option you will find in forums.
