Which Firmware?

Hello mates,
Could someone please tell me that which firmware should i flash? I currently have 0.10p f/w. I am going to flash my rokr first time so dont have much idea about it.
I need a firmware which have mpkg installer or smart assistant,edge enabled,quad band,camera working,theme changed (window vista or window mobile look)and theme installer,voice recognition and all other new features which need tweaks to enable. I am not into these stuffs so dont have more idea thats why i am only thinking of a firmware which flash my cell and after that i get above mentioned features.
And also tell me which and what software i need for flashing my cell,I am using vista ultimate sp1.
I donwloaded rdslite 4.4.1,Handset_USB_Driver_32_v3.7.0 and niks blackdiamond

Now anything else i need and also let me know which f/w i download which is working and have all above mentioned featured.

Why did you download Nik's diamond?
You wanna flash with it?
If yes then flash with the .sbf file using RSD lite,
Completely charge your phone battery before the flash.

Nik's f/w does not have VR/it has edge pre-enabled.

As for quad-band you need to manually do the mod using Alpha43's script and Radiocomm.

As for your other demand most of the latest f/w (modded) have them in it but as for VR and good stability and also considering the fact that you are flashing for the first time I would suggest :

i think u should have to flash with nik rokr roxx as above said by moto master it is fast and stable

well canceled my download after reading ur views,but bro does ur recommended f/w have theme installer and mpkg installer,also finger pad?
how abt using Mrinal's™ Version 3_r535_87-22p_09p

Nik's f/w does not have VR/it has edge pre-enabled.

It is w/o pre-loaded stuff but can be installed easily.
As for Mrinal's f/w , it also does not have too many pre-loaded s/w.
You have to decide.

Nik's f/w does not have VR.
It has edge although (based on .22p) which is absent in the f/w I recommended but can be done using Radiocomm.

dude if u want all these functions u can also try workingman hispeed 98xs but its camera quality is average

i am planning to download mrinal's f/w... Any other firmware which dont have bug,like camera not working and ear set not working
