hi,
if someone can help me out to change the touch screen sound with the one chik sound of workingman.i have that wav file but dont know how to do that? i read somewhere that it can be done by adding some cmd to startup.txt.if so please provide me that startup.txt because i dont know how to make startup.txt.I am using this one nik's firmware.one more thing i am not getting autorun folder in this firmware while i know it supports that so tell me if i have to make 'autorun' manually.
please give me step by step instruction

good news for u guys.............i solved d area info bug.....now it cames in desktop not in msg.........but u hav wait 4 som more days......

But please make sure that enabling the area info on desktop doesn't drain the battery so fast just like one of your old f/ws used to do, otherwise it would be useless. Thanks and I'm looking forward to it.

Hi Niki...

These days i am using your F/W...it works very well...(as i mentioned earlier)

but there is one small issue..when ever i restart my phone the four shorcuts ..it turns back to the original one(which is set it in the F/W)..so each and every time i have to go to the setup and change the 4 shorcuts..

if there is a way to modify.. pl. let me know

Download a s/w like mfile or telnet into your phone and make the following changes, re-do if already done.

>Get /ezx_user/download/appwrite/setup/ezx_idle.cfg
>Look for "shortcut_N_freeze = 1"
>Change it to "shortcut_N_freeze = 0"
> Save, go to home screen setup and modify all four shortcuts
