im sorry but i have a bsnl student suvidha connection, n for each delivery report i get a msg " ur msg has been delivered the last delivery report cost u Rs: .10 "
i am also charged the sms cost seperately
so...............
pls tell me how to disable it permanently bro

Then it can only be done by flashing to a f/w without this mod or by going into msg options every time and disabling delivery report.

But if you are ready for some modding here is how you do it.:

Do this At your own risk:

Telnet into the phone (it must me in usb mode options in this f/w) and navigate here:

>Get /ezx_user/download/appwrite/setup/ezx_sms.cfg

>Delete this line : SMS_DELIVERY_REPORT_ENABLED_FLAG = 1

Contact if you have any problems.

Please see:
*For starting a telnet session > select telnet from usb mode options and open my computer and type in address bar :

\\192.168.16.2\system

Then navigate to the folder i mentioned and do the needful.

no need to telnet, just delete thats using XPTools.

I've been using this f/w for around 4-5 days..
The thing that i've noticed is that at times the phone is almost out of memory..Sometimes its difficult to use two applications at a time !
