R535H10_G_11.87.22p does not allow for mpkg applications. I have modded it to give access to installing mpkg as well as startup scripts.

EDIT: R535H10_11.87.22P_patched_by_Workingman - This link is for .22p firmware developed by workingman. It has USBNet inbuilt, and fixes the yellow exclamation mark issue. Also a variety of startup types can be used

V1 was made usng a few files from .06p

Use v2 as it resembles the generic one the most. This one is made by editing the files of 22p itself. mpkg apps supported, but icons on the main menu have yellow exclamation marks (read below). Pkg files can be uninstalled directly by the same process as for java files. Startup scripts supported.

UPDATE: In order to get rid of the exclamation mark, you have to do a registry edit. connect phone to pc in mass storage mode or telnet ino it. Go to .system/java and open CardRegistry with notepad++. then, for all the mpkg applications, check the "Directory =" path.I'll give the example for busybox. It should like like this

Directory = /mmc/mmca1/.system/QTDownLoad/busybox

Change this to
Directory = busybox

Save the file.
Disconnect and verify if its working!!

I'm taking the link off for a couple of hours. Need to test out a few things!!! I rushed into it to just get the mpkg and startup text support. These are working, but i need to test it further!!

EDIT: Konig beat me in removing the file. Ouch. That was a good thing though because I got pretty excited about this one. Not even thinking why would it be needed to be testing again. So just take your time Konig and make this FW as Generic and as full proof as possible.

No, nothing negative as such. Just wanted to double check everything! Havnt seen the edge icon yet, but i have a poor reception area at home and need to go outside. so have to check up on that. Vista is a bitch sometimes for me, so cant test telnet till i reach office and get hold of a colleagues PC with XP on it

If you're talking about the Autorun as in the one in workingman's .09 edit, im sorry this one doesn't have it. I'v tried to make it look more generic, and if that script were to be present, the guys at the motocentre would know that its modded by simply inserting a memory card inside, and then finding the folder there! I can do it though, but it would require uploading a minimum 25 mb patch!

As for ryanchanmd, edge is fine and working!
