Well, it's probably been a million years since I've posted something useful here... and well, I could give you a hundred reasons... (not really)... but in short, I've been busy with work and my dad had borrowed my phone for a loooong time... finally got it back about a month ago, and I've been experimenting with the new firmwares and mods... and I must say, kudos to all you modders and developers out there, you guys have done a great job...

Now, back to the point of this post.

MODIFIED FIRMWARE FEATURES :
This modified firmware was built with one idea in mind - a clean, simple & fast firmware with some added advantages. In my opinion, the firmware versions I used are the best available versions, each with it's own particular benefits. This modified firmware combines the best of all three firmware version with some added useful features, while some in-built components have been removed.

01 ) Improved overall system performance.
02 ) Improved java & native application performance.
03 ) Improved battery life.
04 ) Only English UK language supported. [My plan is to allow multiple language support without hard-modding the language in the firmware.]
05 ) EMEA English Keyboard (Multi-latin keyboard with accented characters).
06 ) Multi lingual font. [Credits to threesearch]
07 ) Only on default theme retained (black theme).
08 ) Added two clean & neat themes - Gnome Bluecurve & Crux. [Credits to eakrin]
09 ) Picsel Viewer from A1600. [Credits to whoever ported this]
10 ) Three additional useful native applications included - LinLoader, Motorola Theme Manager (GUI app which allows you to change themes without restarting) & Power Application. [Credits to the authors]
11 ) Bash2, VI, BusyBox & showQ pre-loaded.
12 ) UK English TTS (text-to-speech) engine [no Americanised pronunciations {no offence}. Indian names sound more realistic]
13 ) Minimal number of pre-loaded ringtones and wallpapers.
14 ) In-built MPKG installer working (install & uninstall native mpkg applications). [Credits to foxe6]
15 ) Auto executes scripts in /ezxlocal/autorun & /mmc/mmca1/autorun on boot-up.
16 ) Improved camera.
17 ) No Screen3 (It sucks the battery and slows down the phone).
18 ) All home-screen shortcuts can be changed.
19 ) Four USB connectivity modes - Modem, Mass Storage, WebCam & USBNet.
20 ) Cell Info Service displayed on home-screen below date.

* All comparisons based on original unmodified R533_G_11.12.10P firmware.

Practically all native application developed for the E6 (or maybe A1200) work with this modified firmware, including application like QEZXPlayer which do not work in many firmware versions.

THE REASON I HAVE LABELLED THIS AS RC1 :
This is a 100% stable release... and no major bugs as far as I have noticed. But I want other to use it and give me some feedback... good, bad or ugly . And I also want inputs regarding how I can improve this release (but keep in mind, the main idea behind this is "keep it clean & simple").

a little faster (overall)
java definitely smoother
emea (latin) keyboard
3-search font
eakrin's gnome bluecurve theme
now plays QEZXPlayer 2.0 (beta 1 did not)
....

maybe some more small mods...

how can you make QEZXPlayer 2.0 running? I use 09P it's always segmentation fault.

can you tell me if you can change the names user 1 and user 2 on the firmware and can you help me to do that i can't find it i search in the whole firmware (9p_perfect by ahbn) he change those names to cmcc instead of user 2, sorry my bad english

Hi Sandman,

Thanks a ton, a great job done. Just try to incorporate enabling/disabling A2DP profile or adding Profiles that the headsetH350 supports in your next version.

Thanks!, looks nice am surely gonna try this one!. Am tired of 08p, it seems a little slow to me. I know 10p is not known to be fast but I hope its a little better with all the optimizations done.
