Yes! this is a cracked list.and the differences are among each version.

10P had forbided PKG completely.

I heard that 11.10 and 11.12 series are made in differenct country.

One is made in China, another is in some where, I had forgotten.

But I don't know the deeper differences.

I flashed 11.12.10P, and then I return to 11.12.09P last week.

I had flashed my rokr to this version, instantly i flashed it back to speed_up firmware. Speed up firmware is the best till now
