Yes , u can change application name (.pkg & .jar) on the phone itself using Rename.pkg

the credit should go to cnfox and found at ccmove forum.

Refresh or Restart the cellphone needed for new application name take effect by,
1) tap on Reboot / Restart / Refresh mpkg application OR
2) tap on MPKG with uninstallation mode, then tap MPKG again for coming back to
normal mode, it will update system accordingly.

i have already try 2 translate in English but after translating this appl not working i don't know why this happen but i will try 2 solv this prob.

hereis my hint start with the default file again and compare , you must have changed something you shouldnt have .
