Hi there,
After whole lot of experiment finally i could install dos on my E6 now if u wish u may also try ....

ADVANTAGES of INSTALLING DOS- u can play old dos based games on ur E6 , u can run old DOS based languages on ur E6(Still working on it) , u can install windows (3.2 or 3.1) on ur E6..

To make dos work dwnload the file i uploaded
copy it 2 ur root directory of ur phone
Install it with MPKG
now connect ur phone with PC as mass storage device & create a folder dos in ur mmc
disconnect ur phone & run dos frm phone
it should dos mounted (like this) & should show c:\


4 playin games copy da DOS game folder into the DOS folder of ur mmc & open da folder in dos mode usind CD command when the folder is open type the name of the Exe & the game should run smoothly............

I hav sucessfully opened gw basic through DOS & hav written few programs !its awsome really makes me think of old days when we used 2 do programming in gwbasic!!

What sort of games are you playing on your dosbox? You can only use the directional keys right?

It is not really useful because when a message coming, the phone freeze imedately and notice memory full.

it works with nitemare 3d, mind you it is slow. Will a change to a 60x SD work better?

I had Dosbox on my phone for a while, never really did figure how to use it till now lol, i tried several games.

Warcraft II - Wouln't load lol
Warcraft I - Loads but really slow
Sam & Max : Hit the Road - Loads & Really slow
Simon the Sorcerer 2 - Loads & Slow

Btw, i had to use MySwap 128swap file, and changed the memsize in Dosbox to 12M, to run these games.

Gonna try more games, i'll keep you guys posted ^^

Might have to dish out the Old school 3.5" Floppy Discs dos games lol

I install DOS but it's not working properly. when i click on Icon of DOS, nothing happens. I created a directory (dos) on mmc as well. Pls help...
