hey guys
i replaced the .system folder with the new one as given here in this topic..
i hav lost my screen locker application
actually no issues due to that coz i can re install it , the doubt is will this improper removal of that screen locker app will be holding my phone memory?
that is will the screen locker app still be holding memory in the phone?..even after over writting the .ssytem folder?

There're no files left on your system of the screenlocker app, they were removed when you replaced the system folder..

By the way you could have just extracted the mpkg folder into the QTDownload folder without replacing the entire system folder.. That would have prevented the uninstallation of the other programs that you have on your phone........

A question:
Overwriting my .system folder will overwrite my cardregistry too right? and make all my previously installed apps unaccessible. So isn't there any other way to install it without loosing all my previous stuff?.

Thanks.

This is what I was trying to say, you needn't replace the entire system folder.. Just add the mpkg folder into the QTDownloads folder and make the necessary addtion to the CardRegistry file..
