Working sleep or cron daemon

Hello! i know that this topic is the eternal question, but is any way to get one "sleep 1h" for example, that works? or any way to launch a cron daemon?

Can we inhibe one process to not suspend by kernel?

And one more question: is any way to set focus (or top most) to one process (is for use with showQ)

for your first question could this be a help. but i havent tried it, so i don't know if this works. there is a tool called ThreeSearch_cron_job

yes i tried it, but it doesn´t work because it does a sleep 1h or 1day or 1 week or 1 month, and the problem is that when the phone enters in inactive mode this process get suspended. Please sorry for my english ;D
