Razr setFullScreenMode hangs?

Anyone has experience of using setFullScreenMode() of Canvas on Razr V3, with CLDC 1.0?
My program just hangs there when it meets this line on the Razr. The code works good on A1200.
After removing this line, it runs good on Razr as well.

So we can not set fullscreen mode on Razr?

Sorry, problem solved.
Just some loop call to size changed after setfullscreen.
