how to convert .JAR into MPKG?

Can anybody help me how to convert .jar progrnam into mpkg?

Yes, bacause ja you don't need to convert the phone knows what todo with a jar

my phone (A780) knows what to do with mpkg.
and of course what to do with JAVA jar´s
but NEO i can´t extract to see what´s inside.

My problem is: my phone says invalid package while installng .JAR but installs MPKG sucessfully. lets say i cant install mini-opera but if somebody tells me how to convert it into MPKG, then i can istall it.

Just making MPKG of .JAR file does not work using command like "tar czf miniopera.mpkg miniopera.jar"

Almost all neo jar files are from mpkg file.
So that's very easy to make a mpkg file from neo jar format.

i don´t think that opera-mini is a NEO.

Yes, opera mini is java and not neo jar.
