    Default E680i bluez working mod

E680i bluez mod, said to be the "official" one.
unzip to diska, and run bt_start

trying to make it working on A1200, no luck so far.

there are two main differences that i've found between the e680i and a1200, the first is the hardware (e680i i think uses bcm 2035 while the a1200 uses bcm 2045) and the second is the communications w/ the tapisock to power up the bt ic (along with perhaps some minor updates to the tty defines for BT wakeup, reset, etc).

For the a1200 you can use the mbtdload function to download the firmware and the modified ioctls can be reverse engineered from stracing the native a1200 bluetooth app when it powers-up bluetooth.

Note that due to the upgrade to the bcm 2045 (and higher data rates ) when using making the 'hciattach' to work you need to double the baud rate
setting (doubled compared to the setting that works for the e680i).
