New Applications but need translation! (UPDATED)

i get it from ccmove (thanks ccmove) but i dont know what is the functions..i think this application can delete files in our ezxlocal,diska,or mmc/sd..i think!

intoxicated or other dev here,please translate it for us..

i have figured some of the functions

1. we can delete files in any paths/folders!
2.also can delete folders too!
3.can copy files to other folders.
4.can TAR the files
5.can make new folders
6.can edit the files
7.can rename the files

i can used this app even in chinese language but i must remember it bcoz i cant understand chinese language.. hope somebody will translate it for us..it's very usefull app though..
