I've been reading about VNC and it's a very interesting application but could you please explain how to install & run ? Or could you tell us where to look for a VNC server compatible ?
Thx
oh thank you for the VNC client..
i had a java version of VNC client until now but this native version is better i think..
i triet out the VNC client but can not get an connecton..
1. i seted up an vnc server on my suse 10.0 computer
2. started up and tested the vnc client with 192.168.1.103(my computers ip) screen 4 and the right password i use but i couldnt get any connections -not with modem mode, mass storage mode and USB-lan mode, aslo not with GPRS.
what do you use for get an connection? firewall on or off?
Sorry for my dumb question....

normaly vncviewrer is the client for vnc server. It used to connect to the vnc server with the gui. to used this kind of stuff . you must install the vnc server to your windows / linux box first. with this application you can connect to your computer and with gui . you can take over your pc with vncviewrer.
